Who We Are
Andréa Murrell, Owner
Andréa is an accountant, professional tax preparer, financial strategist, leadership consultant, employee trainer, speaker, and coach. As owner The Murrell Group, Andréa is committed to creating practical, high-impact organizational solutions that help leaders maximize performance and profits. With proven corporate and civic leadership experience, the value Andréa and her team deliver to leaders helps them maximize their potential while delivering clear, tangible outcomes. With corporate, small business and non-profit accounting, operations and human resources experience, she is a visionary with high business acumen and a commitment to excellence.

Background
​
Andréa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix. In addition to extensive coach training and certifications, she holds Senior Professional designation in human resources and has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Professional and the National Association of Black Accountants. She has held numerous community board of directors’ role and is currently serving her local community in Tulsa, OK.
